Free online event led by Petra Coveney - Founder of Menopause Yoga

We are delighted to offer a free online event on the menopause led by Petra Coveney - founder of Menopause Yoga. Petra will discuss how women can nurture their bodies during the menopause, which can be a challenging yet liberating time of life. The talk will be followed by a short yoga practice.

Petra has been supporting women through their menopause with workshops and classes, since 2011, and has trained over 300 Menopause Yoga teachers worldwide on a 40-hour course accredited by the British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance Professionals. Her new book 'Menopause Yoga - A Holistic Guide to Supporting Women on Their Menopause Journey’  is published in October.
 
Although the event is free, we would welcome donations to the Brighton Yoga Foundation which offers free, accessible yoga to those who need it most.
