Join the Brighton Yoga Foundation to celebrate community Yoga at its best!

Yoga classes from Brighton's yoga studios held in the open air on our beautiful Brighton seafront.

You can reserve a mat in advance, add a gift donation or walk up and join.

Find us on the piazza in front of Rampion Visitor Centre, 76, Kings Road Arches, Brighton BN1 2FN, next to the i360 and West Beach Bar & Kitchen.

Come with an open mind, wearing comfortable clothing and enjoy what yoga has to offer.

Vajrasati Yoga
A class to ‘cut to the chase’. Powerful yoga techniques to  wake you up to a direct experience of interdependence.

11amBrighton Yoga Foundation / Tammy McCann / Somatic Yoga for the Heart
This gentle therapeutic class will explore how we can befriend our body to nourish our heart.

12pm : About Balance / Evdokia Koutoumpa / Dynamic Yoga
Experience the joy of movement with a sweet, feel-good flow that will challenge, strengthen, revitalise, and stretch you out!  Discover a well balanced sequence of sustained dynamic poses flowing in a mindful progression. No yoga experience is required.

1pm : Humankind / Lou Hill / Vinyasa Flow
An energetic and creative approach to a yoga flow class

2pm : Luna Wave / Jasmine Newsome - Stone / Vinyasa Flow
A blend of active and passive movement to help both strengthen and soften our physical, emotional and mental bodies whilst tuning in and regulating our nervous systems. This is a dynamic practice, but all are welcome to move and rest as much or as little as they like.

3pm : Be Yoga / Bryony Hamerton / Flow Yoga
An energising fun, flowing session set to gentle percussion

4pm : Brighton Yoga festival / Danny Griffiths / Flow to Stillness
A flowing, uplifting moving meditation focusing on connecting the mind back into the body, and working with the breath to do this. Yoga that is less about creating perfect postures, and more about what we feel in the asana, and the movement between them.

5pm / The Float Spa / Bella Somerville / 5 Element Flow
A fun and uplifting class exploring elemental Yin Yang flow yoga where the focus will be on rebalancing our mind-body energy through a nourishing combination of dynamic flowing sequences and sweet slow yin. Suitable for all levels.

6pm / Revitalise / Bex White / Dynamic Yoga
A dynamic yoga practice synchronized with an ambient journey of electronic beats. Immerse yourself in the atmospheric sounds of Bex's pre recorded ambient DJ set that will warm the body and relax the mind.
