Fundraising

Brighton Yoga Foundation is a registered charity which raises money to support causes that are aligned to our charitable aims of promoting the health, social and personal benefits of yoga.Last year the festival provided funding for Clocktower Sanctuary’s Yoga for Young Homeless, a programme of classes for young homeless people in Brighton.

This year we are particularly interested in supporting projects that, like Yoga for Homeless People, take yoga to communities that might not otherwise have the opportunity to experience its beneficial effects.

This type of grant-making continues the work of the one-day festival in making yoga accessible to all, throughout the year.

Donations

There are lots of different ways you can help us.

First, you can take out a monthly bankers standing order to BYF. If you can, we suggest £5 a month. But if you can give more, or can only afford less, just choose an amount and it will all help the Festival to keep going. You can set up the standing order via internet banking or you can ask your bank branch to set it up for you.

Our bank account name is: Brighton Yoga Festival

Our account number is: 19442101

The sort code at Metro Bank is: 23-05-80

Second, you can just send us a donation from £1 to £1 million (we don’t accept higher than that!) made out to Brighton Yoga Festival to our address:

48 Princes Road, Brighton BN2 3RH. Or you make a donation via Paypal here:

However they take over 3% in fees

Third, you can register your support for us at the EasyFundraising website:

Just mention that your nominated charity is the Brighton Yoga Festival. Then any online purchase you make (with over 4000 companies including all the well-known ones) automatically leads to a small donation being made to us. You just need to make sure you go in via the EasyFundraising website to make the purchase (just download the free EasyFundraising App that automatically reminds you). Your purchases do not cost more and none of your financial details are shared with anyone. It is all incredibly simple.

Here is a short video link to explain it. And there is also a very short presentation about it here: This is a really easy simple way to make money for Brighton Yoga Festival – please consider it and tell your friends about it too.

PLEASE GIVE US YOUR FINANCIAL SUPPORT,
